Simon Li 李思聪

Position: CEO

Simon started his career in the hospitality industry as a Sales agent managing corporate relationships with major MNC MICE companies. After 2 years, he was approached to join the pioneering start up team of Michael Page in China, Beijing. Specialising in the finance industry, Simon quickly became a regional top biller yet after 36 months decided to join Robert Walters Beijing that focused purely in turnaround and restructuring Finance & Manufacturing & Supply Chain assignments. Simon was tasked with building out their Beijing interim management division where he remained for over next two and half years.

With his experience of growing and leading large teams for Michael Page and Robert Walters coupled with his experience of hands on recruiting in a commission house environment, Simon is uniquely placed to offer advice at all levels of both domestic and international recruitment.

Simon has high school A LEVEL degree in Brighton college, England & B.A Business degree from the University of Wales. Simon has lived and worked in the UK, Australia, China and Hong Kong.

Aaron Jiang 姜晓鹏

Position: Managing Partner

Aaron graduate from the University of Sydney with a Master Degree majoring in commerce.

Aaron is the founding partner at The Promotion. He specialize on Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing function recruitment service in China region. Before setting up The Promotion, he had been practicing recruitment for 5 years in Supply Chain & Manufacturing and TMT sector in Michael page & Robert Walters. He was Top Biller in Robert Walters China and placed a series of senior executive positions in SCM & Manufacturing industry. Prior to that, Aaron helped build up Technology team in Michael Page from scratch and placed numerous High-Tech Expert and R&D Management for big name MNCs and local TMT Giant.

Aaron has lived and worked in the Australia & China.

Jason Wang 王晓刚

Position: Partner

Jason graduated from University of London, Royal Holloway College with Business Degree including double major of Human Resources Management and Human Resources Management.

He joined one of the leading Spanish consulting firm Goldmillennium group, working across both Spanish and China, focus on the international project management and recruitment projects. After the three successfully year with Goldmillennium group, he joined one of the best recruiting firm Robert Walters, stay focus on the Supply Chain and Operation function & HR business in Beijing market.

Jason has lived in the UK and China.

Lisa Li 李珊

Lisa有近8年的人力资源服务经验，专注在舒适家居、建材及智能家居等行业，为知名外企及国内上市公司提供中高端的猎头服务。毕业于北京信息科技大学，经济管理学位。

Mandy Yang 杨艺

Position: Partner

Mandy joined The Promotion as PARTNER, based in Shanghai. She is specialised in Real Estate and Financial Services.

Prior to The Promotion, Mandy worked at Executive Access and Micheal Page with strong track record in placing middle to senior level positions for both international and local companies.
